Sensor modules are designed, and approved for installation and operation in hazardous locations. They may be used stand alone or with the DVP-120 Control Panel.

5100-02-IT Combustible Gas Sensor

The 5100-02-IT Combustible Gas Sensor Module utilizes catalytic bead sensor  technology to monitor for combustible gases (methane and others). Output range is 0-100% of Lower Explosive Limit (LEL). Explosion proof, Class I, Div. 1,  Groups B, C, D Class I, Zone 1, Group IIC, IP66, IP65, NEMA 4X II2 GD, Ex d IIC T6  = -40°C to 85°C

5100-XX-IT Sensors

The 5100-XX-IT Toxic Gas Sensor Modules utilize electrochemical sensor  technology to monitor for a variety of toxic gases. Explosion proof, Class 1,  Div. I, Groups B, C, D Group IIB + H2 IP66, IP65, NEMA 4X.  Factory Mutual (FM) Approved for electrical safety and environmental parameters including Class I, Div. 1, Groups B, C, D and Class I, Zone 1, Group IIB+H2 IP66. The 5100-XX-IT is also SIL Certified and meets NFPA-72 requirements for gas detectors.

Explosion proof,  Class 1, Div. I, Groups C, D Class I, Zone 1Group IIC, IP66, IP65, NEMA 4X, T6  TA = - 40°C to 85°C II2 GD, Ex d IICC
